Gluten Free UMass

We aim to raise awareness about the negative affects of gluten. We will have nutritionists, company representatives, gluten-free authors, and dining hall managers come into our group meetings in order to contribute suggestions on improving their gluten-free dining options. Meetings are bi-weekly, but we will be hosting events and tabling to raise awareness about being gluten-free. There is so much to volunteer for in this club!
